Refund & Returns Policy


1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (security hardware), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety of all our customers. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.


2. Condition of Returns

IMPORTANT: Returns are ONLY accepted for items that are unopened, factory-sealed, and in their original packaging. Once the holographic seal has been broken, we cannot accept the return for security reasons.


3. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact our support team immediately. All Ledger devices are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
